Albert Guida Jr. CLU, RHU has been involved in the financial services business for over 30 years. A life long resident of Las Vegas attending Valley High School and the University of Nevada. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals and The American College where he earned the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Registered Health Underwriter. 

Albert has provided financial planning and investment solutions for clients for over 30 years. He holds a Series 7 & 63 securities license along with life, variable annuity and health licenses. 

Albert has a long history of community involvement through his activities with the Las Vegas Rotary Club where he is a charter member and past president. He has also been involved in youth soccer as a coach for over 16 years and the local YMCA as an annual donor. He is the father of three daughters and has been dedicated to raising them to embrace the same moral and productive attitudes he shares. 

Conner Gerald McCubbin is a dynamic financial advisor with over 7 years of experience, he enjoys providing individualized service to all clients. Conner specializes in services for young professionals, business owners, and 401(k) plans. Conner is a proud Las Vegas local and graduate of the Honors College at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Conner holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with minors in Biology and Mathematics.

Conner holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as a Nevada insurance license. His commitment to ongoing professional education ensures that he provides expert guidance at every stage of his clients’ financial journeys.

Passionate about community involvement, Conner dedicates free time to mentoring students and young professionals. He maintains strong ties to his alma mater, at just 30 years of age, he established the McCubbin HSC Leadership Scholarship, an award for the Honors College president and vice president, to support future leaders. 

Outside the office, Conner enjoys spending quality time with his son James, daughter Nora, and partner Katie, playing basketball and pickleball with family and friends.

Lynne Hunter has been a valued member of Albert's team for nearly seven years. After the loss of her husband of over 40 years, she sought a role that would keep her engaged and challenged – and found exactly that. With strong communication skills and a "roll with the punches" attitude, Lynne thrives in client relations, providing exceptional support to both clients and colleagues.

A graduate of UNLV/UNR, Lynne also served as an Administrative Assistant for the Southern Nevada Junior Golf Association, where she refined her organizational abilities. Her flexibility and willingness to tackle any challenge make her an essential part of the team.

Outside of work, Lynne enjoys time with friends and family, and even the occasional thrill of skydiving. She approaches life with a simple but powerful motto: "Treat others the way you want to be treated."

With over 15 years of experience in operations, management, and client success, Abby is dedicated to creating seamless experiences for internal teams and clients. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from UNLV’s Lee Business School and multiple business management certifications.

Abby’s career began in management and operations in the Chicagoland area before she transitioned to Los Angeles, where she led company operations and licensing for Zya, Inc., a tech company later acquired by Google. She also managed business operations for Emblem Music Group, overseeing budgeting, logistics, and marketing—demonstrating her ability to drive efficiency across diverse industries.

Now, as a key partner to Conner McCubbin in the financial advisory space, Abby leverages her expertise to streamline operations and enhance the client experience. She takes pride in helping individuals and families navigate their financial journeys confidently and clearly.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys live music, hiking, and quality time with family and friends.
